Roni is the Founder of RJG Advisory, a full-service CFO/COO consulting firm focused on helping small to medium sized companies to build and expand the infrastructure and processes to enable successful and scalable growth. The firm offers expertise in all aspects of financial planning & analysis, operations and strategy. We operate as an extension of your team and bring a growth-oriented mindset to finance and operations – enabling smarter insights and better business decisions.

Roni was the CFO & COO of Bevel PR, a communications firm with explosive growth focused on fintech, VC, PE clients. Prior to that, Roni was the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for 10 years at Hiltzik Strategies, where he oversaw all operating and financial responsibilities. Previously, Roni served in a similar capacity as CFO and Head of Operations for Freud Communications’ New York and Los Angeles offices, which he helped build from the ground up. Earlier, he worked at Swiss Re in the Alternative Risk Finance group, and spent several years in the Investment Banking Division at JP Morgan Chase. Roni began his career as an actuary at American International Group.

Roni holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Queens College with a B.A. in Mathematics. He currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife and three children, and serves on the Board of Trustees for Luria Academy.
