Today was a busy day at PPR!

I woke up to find our client, Dr. Selene Parekh, quoted in two major national papers – the Chicago Sun-Times and also the New York Post, where he talked about C.C. Sabathia’s injury … this Yankees fan hopes he returns soon!

The day continued by getting our client, medical weight loss doctor Sue Decotiis an interview with MSN’s Fitbie. She’s also going to be taping Fox News Radio tomorrow and John Tesh’s radio program next week!

Our new intern Kaitlyn started – she’s studying at Hofstra University and was already a huge help to us. We decided to pitch our client, real estate broker Victoria Shtainer, to the producers at Real Money with Ali Velshi over at Al Jazeera America. Since Victoria was born and raised in Russia, and AJAM has such an international feel to it, we felt it was a great match. Kaitlyn helped us find relevant international real estate news that we used for our pitch – and the producers loved it! We’re hoping to get a date soon to have her on the show.

We also had a big day with our friends over at Fox News who work with Neil Cavuto – attorney Lisa Giovinazzo taped a segment that airs tonight on his FBN show, and the ladies of OWN’s television series “Staten Island Law” debated on his FNC show.

Two hours before the show, one of his producers called me frantically looking for a nutritionist to talk about government mandated school lunches – so I suggested Deborah Enos, The One Minute Wellness Coach, and we made it happen! She did a great job and offered a spirited perspective to Neil’s contradictory point of view.

Now things are winding down at the office for me, but I’m going to make time to see producer and friend Alison Kurtzman to buy her a drink for her birthday. Alison is one of our favorite producers to work with over at The Willis Report on FBN – and has quickly become a friend of mine. When we’re not talking guests, we’re talking “Scandal” – one of our favorite shows on TV!

That’s all from PPR today … a busy and successful day of TV bookings and print articles!
